We're here to help with Kora 212, including sign-in, fantasy team setup, points and rankings, leagues, images and notifications. You can also contact us to report a bug or abusive content.
What to include
- A short description of the issue, the steps that led to it and what you expected to happen.
- Your account email if the issue concerns your account, and the team, match or gameweek involved for scoring questions.
- Your device, app or browser version and when the issue happened. You may attach a screenshot with sensitive information hidden.
Keep your account secure
Never send your password, verification codes or recovery codes. Support does not need them to help you. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us using the email below.
Your account and privacy
You can request account deletion from Profile or email us with the subject ‘Kora 212 — account deletion’ and your account email. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how your information is handled.
