Terms of service

Acceptance

These terms govern the Kora 212 website and mobile applications, a football and fantasy service operated from Morocco. They cover fixtures, scores, teams, leagues, rankings and community features where available. Use the service only if you accept these terms and meet the eligibility requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; accepting these terms is not consent to optional processing that needs separate permission.

Accounts and eligibility

Public content can be browsed without an account; some features require one. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you carry out or authorise. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly and never send your password to support.

If you are not old enough to create an online account in your location, you should use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

Fantasy gameplay

Fantasy football features are provided for personal entertainment. Unless we clearly state otherwise, the app does not offer cash prizes, betting, gambling, or wagering. Team selections, scoring, rankings, and league results are governed by the fantasy rules and any app notices shown at the time of play.

Live match data and fantasy points may be provisional. We may correct scores, statistics, standings, transfers, points, or rankings when official updates, data corrections, or technical reviews require it.

Fair use

• Do not cheat, manipulate scoring, exploit bugs, or interfere with leagues.
• Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not scrape private data, overload the service, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, commercial, or automated activity without permission.

Content and rights

The app, including its design, text, graphics, fixtures presentation, fantasy experience, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, resell, modify, redistribute, or create competing services from app content unless you have permission or the law allows it.

You remain responsible for any content, names, messages, or materials you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Your images and contributions

You retain your rights in your photos, logos and other contributions. You give Kora 212 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, in countries where the service operates, to host, technically copy, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to provide and moderate the features you choose. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising use of your likeness without permission. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backups and lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Upload only content you own or may lawfully share, and obtain permission from people depicted where required. Illegal content, sexual exploitation, hate, threats, harassment, disclosure of private information and infringement are prohibited. To report abuse or a rights violation, send support the content link and the reason for your report without unnecessary sensitive information.

Third parties and app stores

Third-party trademarks, club logos, football data and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Their display does not imply endorsement of Kora 212 by a club, league or federation. External links and services may have their own terms.

Apple or Google terms also apply to downloading the app and using their stores. These terms do not replace an applicable store licence or create a store sponsorship or support obligation. A fantasy ranking alone does not entitle you to a prize or cash value. Any separately offered competition needs published rules and eligibility conditions and must satisfy applicable legal and store requirements.

Service availability

We work to keep the app fast and reliable, especially during matchdays, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, data delays, updates, or events outside our control. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the product evolves.

Account actions

We may proportionately restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content for a breach of these terms, security risks, fraud or a legal obligation. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason, and you can ask support to review a decision. Urgent protective action may be taken immediately.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Profile or the contact email below. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Data deletion and any lawful retention follow the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data or a particular fantasy outcome. Scores may be delayed or corrected; do not rely on them for financial or betting decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses or indirect losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Applicable law and complaints

Moroccan law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. You can contact support to seek a practical resolution, but doing so is not a condition for approaching a regulator or a competent court. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent lawful. Provisions concerning rights or claims arising during your use continue only as necessary and legally permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not be used to remove accrued rights retrospectively. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and request account deletion while retaining your statutory rights.
